….As NGO With The Vision To Empower Vulnerable, Disadvantaged Members of The Society Commiserates With Flood Victims In Ugbolu, Delta State.

Chelsea Chika Raphael Nwodo, the Founder/CEO, CHELSEA NWODO FOUNDATION, a reputable Non-governmental Organization working in the thematic areas of empowering the vulnerable and disadvantaged Children, Women, Youths to promote, protect and guide their health, vocational, legal, socio-economic, educational rights in the society with the motto: “Keep Humanity Alive With Your Good Deeds” has said that supporting humanity is the best way to live on earth as NGO group visits, gifts foodstuffs and other items to flood victims in Ugbolu, Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta.
The media learnt on Tuesday, 8th Day of November, 2022 as the Founder/CEO, Chelsea Nwodo Foundation, Chika Raphael Nwodo stated that her NGO will continue to put smiles on the faces of Deltans, Nigerians as she visited the Internally Displaced Persons in Ugbolu to commiserate with victims of flood menace in Delta.
Prior to the speech by the Foundation CEO to console the victims of flood menace in Ugbolu, a lawmaker, the Councillor Representing Ugbolu, Ward 19 in Oshimili North Local Government Area Legislative Arm, Hon. Okocha Onyisi Alex then introduced the NGO leadership to the flood victims while he gave room to the CEO of the Foundation to address the victims.
Chika Raphael Nwodo stated that Chelsea Nwodo Foundation has come to support them with the little they have. “What we have might not be too much, but we urge you to receive this little gifts from us. We share in your pains. We are not campaigning. We are not Politicians. But the little we have we beg you to manage it, receive it from us. We have some foodstuffs and other items here”.
While addressing the flood victims at Ugbolu she Commiserated with them even as she urged them to trust in God for their support as the pains is temporary that joy will always come in the morning as she splashes gifts of foodstuffs and other items to the victims at Ugbolu Ward 19, Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State. Some of the items included: Rice, Beans, Red Oil, Tissue paper, Tomato Paste and others.
Speaking to our reporter, the Councillor Representing Ugbolu, Ward 19, Oshimili North Local Government Area Legislative Arm, Hon. Okocha Onyisi Alex on behalf of the victims commended the Foundation’s support. “We appreciate this support. God bless Chelsea Nwodo Foundation and Members of her team. We are happy to have someone who has the same feelings like us”. The Local Government Lawmaker appreciated the kind gestures of Chelsea Nwodo Foundation.
Chika Raphael Nwodo alongside with her NGO members visited with top Nollywood Actors & Actresses in Delta State, Nigeria were her entourage amongst other personalities.
In a separate interview with Mrs Okafor Nkechi, Mrs Joy John and Matthew Ndu who were amongst the flood victims, Beneficiaries of the gifts items commended Chelsea Nwodo Foundation for visiting them even as they prayed for God’s divine protection, Mercy, Abundance, provision and blessings to locate the Founder, CEO and other Members of the Foundation.
