******Aremu Appointed As Governing Council Chairman of An Accredited Nigerian Polytechnic

The Vice-Chancellor, Crown University International Chartered Inc., USA, Prof Sir Bashiru Aremu, has been appointed as the Chairman, Board of Governing Council of one of Nigeria’s Private Accredited Polytechnic, Rhema Ijoko Polytechnic of Allied Health Science, Ijoko-Sango Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria as he thanked the founder, Dr. Mrs Olayinka Adegun and entire Polytechnic’s Management for such great honor.
Shocknaija Media (News Online) learnt this today being Wednesday, March 12, 2025 from the Appointment letter issued to UNESCO Laureate, Prof Sir Bashiru Aremu by the Founder of the Polytechnic, Dr. Mrs Olayinka Adegun which was made available to some group of Journalists in Ijoko-Sango Ota, Ogun State by Aremu’s Executive Assistant On Media, Publicity & Communication Matters, Comrade Sir Bieni Victor Emenike às Aremu commends development.
According to the document which contains the appointment letter to UNESCO Laureate as the Polytechnic’s Chairman Board of Governing Council as signed by the Founder of Rhema ijoko Polytechnic of Allied Health Science,
ijoko-Sango Otta, Ogun state, Nigeria ( Formerly Known as Rhema College of Health Technology and Management Sciences), Dr. Mrs Olayinka Adegun reads in parts: “On behalf of the Governing Council, I’m pleased to inform you that the Governing Council has approved your appointment as Chairman of Advisory Council, Rhema ijoko Polytechnic of Allied Health Science , ijoko-Sango Otta, Ogun state, Nigeria”.
“Congratulations on your appointment in Rhema Ijoko Polytechnic of Allied Health Science, ijoko-Sango Otta, Ogun state, Nigeria! Your appointment is informed of your contributions to the field of education in Nigeria and the world at large, your integrity, moral standing added with your vast experience in higher education administration which we pray you will bring to bear in nurturing this nascent Health Science Polytechnic”.
Prof Aremu in a release commended the management for such great recognition as he promises competence and Innovation to its founder, Members of Board of Trustees and entire Polytechnic’s management.
UNESCO Laureate’s statement reads in parts: “We as Advisory council Members will work as a team. We are saddle with the responsibilities of promoting the overall well-being of the Institution in terms of sustainability, corporate strategy, associated plans and others. Also, to promote the general control and overseeing of the institution’s policy”.
“We are charged with the duties of determining major business decisions and corporate policies, the framework of governance, management and monitoring institutional and Executive performance. Rhema ijoko Polytechnic of Allied Health Science , ijoko-Sango Otta, Ogun state, Nigeria is a private institution owned by Dr. Mrs Olayinka Adegun”.
“Rhema ijoko Polytechnic of Allied Health Science , ijoko-Sango Otta is Accredited and recognized by National Board for Technical Education( NBTE ) of Federal Government of Nigeria. However, with a cut off mark of 120 in jamb a prospective student can gain admission into Rhema ijoko Polytechnic of Allied Health Science , ijoko-Sango Otta” .
